The Christian's Bible Library is digital content: online tools that explain Bible passages (passage explained, context, meaning for today, verse by verse, Bible dictionary, who's who, hard questions, group and Sunday school), used in the web browser of your phone or computer, and three guides delivered as PDF files (The 52 Sundays, 52 Hard Passages, Who's Who in the Bible). The two gifts shown on the page (The Miracles of Jesus Explained, Bible Maps and Timelines) come with orders placed while they are shown on the page. There is no physical product and nothing is posted.
The library is a study help: it does not replace your own reading of Scripture, prayer or the counsel of your church. Scripture quotations in the guides are from the King James Version.
The price in South Africa is R 349 (South African rand), paid once: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. In other countries the price is shown in the local currency on the checkout page. The checkout page is provided by Impultienda and card payments are processed by Impul Pay (operated by Whop). We do not see or store your card details.
You start the order with the purchase button on the page. On the checkout page you enter your email address and your name and pay; you can correct your details in the fields before paying. The contract is concluded when the payment is successful. Keep the confirmation email.
Right after payment you receive, at the email address you gave at checkout, your welcome email with your access details. Access to the tools and all the guides reach your inbox within 48 hours at the latest. If you cannot find them, check your spam folder and write to us.
21 days, full refund, no questions. If within 21 days of your purchase you feel the library has not helped you understand the Bible, write to digitalbnss@hotmail.com from the email address you used to buy, and we refund the full amount. The refund is started within 14 days of your request, to the same payment method.
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
The library is for the personal use of the buyer: you may use it on all your devices, print and save what you read, and share explanations with your family, your group or your Sunday school class. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the guides or your access, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product for sale. The content is protected by copyright.
You can send a complaint to digitalbnss@hotmail.com; we reply in writing within 30 days. In South Africa you may also approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
For consumers in South Africa this contract is governed by South African law. This does not limit the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
